English spoken therapy/coaching/counselling for international adults and young adults in Wageningen.  I love working with people from different nationalities and backgrounds.

My name is Annet and I support sensitive adults and young adults to connect to themselves on a deeper level and heal themselves (as much as possible) from past traumatic experiences. This helps them to feel less overwhelmed and more relaxed. They turn their sensitivity more into a strength.

It gives me great joy to work with international people in my practice. After having worked for many years in the international marketing & communications, I strongly felt I wanted to help and support people in healing from traumatic experiences and becoming more conscious. So I decided to follow an education to become a therapist. Next to the different therapy forms I learned to work with, I reflected deeply on my own process (I still do) so I know how this feels like from my own experience. 

As a therapist, I work from an integral and holistic vision: with attention for the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of my clients. I believe they are all connected and interdependent. I work with a blend of different therapy types like NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), hypnotherapy, regression therapy, intuïtive therapy, creative therapy and energy therapy.

Short lasting
You do not come to me for lengthy coaching or counselling. It is my goal to provide you with the tools you need to continue your path by yourself. Mostly my clients need between 5 and 8 to 10 sessions for this.
