In every relationship we look for connection, but also freedom and the balance therein is an enormous challenge. We open a huge door, incurred pain and beliefs and the protection mechanisms with which we learn to survive. I would like to explore with you and you how this works and how you can break through and change this in yourself and in your relationship.

My work characteristic is characterized by the personal, honest and open way of working. You will get to know me in therapy because I have the strength to achieve (maximum achievable) equality in a collaboration.

For the past 18 years I have worked as a social worker and system therapist at the Salvation Army, Fivoor and Human Concern. With adults, children, families, couples in forensic, addiction and eating disorder settings.

Every relationship has the same pillars, whether you work together as family members, partners, lovers, friends or colleagues. I am open to any form of relationship, regardless of gender, gender or relationship form!

Online therapy is an option, if that is more integrated but I prefer live conversations. This is possible in Amsterdam and Utrecht.
