Hello, my name is Widad, and I am a Psychosocial Therapist, Relationship Therapist, and Psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals and couples on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and meaningful connections. I believe that everyone has a unique story, and my approach is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can freely explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

In my practice, I work with a variety of issues, including emotional struggles, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, and self-esteem concerns. Online therapy

Online Therapy offers a convenient, accessible way to receive professional support from the comfort of your own home.

Through secure video calls, I provide a safe and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. Online therapy is flexible and allows you to work on personal growth, mental well-being, and relationship issues without the need to travel.

Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, or self-esteem issues, online sessions are a practical solution that fits into your schedule while delivering the same level of care and guidance as in-person therapy.

I am a registered member of the Dutch Federation of Health Professionals (NFG) and the Register of Complementary Healthcare Professionals (RBCZ). This membership ensures that I adhere to high standards of professional ethics and quality in my practice. Specialisations and Expertises

Typically, between 8 and 12 sessions are needed to achieve good results. This allows sufficient time to explore and address the issues at hand, develop coping strategies, and make meaningful progress toward healing and personal growth.

Most common issues I support people with:

  • Trauma: In my practice, I frequently work with individuals who have experienced traumatic events, such as abuse, accidents, or loss. Trauma can deeply affect emotional and psychological well-being, leading to issues like flashbacks, emotional numbness, and difficulty trusting others. Healing from trauma involves creating a safe and supportive space to process and make sense of these experiences.


  • Mood Disorders: I often help clients dealing with mood disorders, such as depression and bipolar disorder. These conditions can lead to prolonged periods of sadness, irritability, or extreme mood swings, impacting relationships, work, and daily life. Therapy focuses on understanding emotional patterns, learning to manage moods, and developing effective coping strategies.


  • Anxiety: Many of my clients struggle with various forms of anxiety, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and panic attacks. Anxiety can cause persistent worry, physical symptoms, and difficulty functioning in everyday situations. Through therapy, individuals can identify triggers, manage physical symptoms, and develop tools to reduce anxiety and regain control over their lives.


  • Depression: Depression is another issue I commonly address in my practice. Individuals suffering from depression often experience feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and a lack of energy or motivation. Therapy helps by providing support, identifying underlying causes, and developing strategies to rebuild emotional strength and foster a more positive outlook.


  • Relationship Issues: Relationship difficulties, whether with a partner, family members, or friends, are a significant part of my work. Common concerns include communication breakdowns, trust issues, and unresolved conflicts. I help individuals and couples navigate these challenges by improving communication, rebuilding trust, and fostering healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Therapy & Coaching (Private Clients)

  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Fee: €115

Coaching (Self-Employed Professionals, Tax-Deductible)

  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Fee: €115 (excl. VAT)

Relationship Therapy Rates

  • Duration: 75 minutes
  • Fee: €165 (excl. VAT)*

Employers: Rates Available on Request

Please note that relationship therapy is not reimbursed by health insurance providers.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via email or SMS.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, regardless of the reason, 80% of the invoice amount will be charged.
