Halima | Integrative and culture sensitive therapist

My name is Halima and my life’s journey started in Casablanca Morocco, my birth city. Having African Arabian roots, Freedom has always been my intrinsic compass.

From the age of twenty, I have chosen a life of knowledge seeking and adventure. My journey was cemented with focus and commitment.

I have since called many beautiful places Home. Living in different countries and cultures has deepened my familiarity and understanding of the norms and values of various ethnicities. Transforming me from a young dream chaser to the mature and intercultural citizen of the world, I now am.

Choosing a life of expatriation was for me, and still is, a precious journey of holding on and letting go. Not only as a person, also professionally.

I am fully certified to offer a range of selected experiential interventions such as Mindfulness, Trance, Hypnoses and Brainspotting during individual therapy sessions. Creativity and Movement are also integrated in the coaching sessions.

My purpose for using these methods is to hold an unrestrained space for you to move freely from dysregulation to self-regulation, at your own pace. Key to enable activation of your emotional healing capabilities.

Besides an Integrative Counsellor, I am also accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Nobco for my work with individual clients.
