My name is Barbara.
In my home practice, I offer (psychosocial) therapy, an effective form of guidance for social, emotional, and relational challenges.

These challenges can disrupt your daily functioning and manifest as sadness, insomnia, excessive worrying, low self-esteem, social anxiety, and conflicts.

Together, we explore the roots of your problems and complaints. We assess what you need to regain balance and cope with the challenges in your life.

Psychosocial therapy provides a safe space to share your story, discover new perspectives, and make sense of your experiences and feelings. It helps you become familiar with your own emotions, so you can move forward from there.
